My name is Milly Nakidde I am 22 years old and currently living in London.
I have often heard that I am very mature for my age. I have lived by myself since I was 18 years old and I started working when I was 16.
I grew up with a single young mum and that helped me become very independent from an early age.
The assumption I usually get is that I am
“ posh “ - typical of or belonging to the upper class
I would say I am the opposite, I am very down to earth and I have seen and experienced a lot of things so I am very understanding and I can easily relate to people from different paths of life
I was born in Mukono Uganda, a country in East Africa. I grew up in Sweden and I moved to London in 2017. One day when I was in my apartment in Sweden I decided I wanted a change in my life, I needed a new environment & new experiences. I moved to London by myself when I was 19 and crazy enough I was not nervous but instead excited, it finally felt like the new chapter in my life that I needed.
I recently just came back to social media after a 1-year break. There are a lot of opportunities in the social media world, with the time we are living in now I believe everyone who loves and spends a lot of time on social media should look into the beneficial aspects.
One thing I recently learned about myself is that I have a passion to uplift and see opportunities for people. A lot of times someone else can see the things you can’t see in yourself.
I am health-conscious and I will soon create a health page for people that needs direction or motivation. I believe with a healthy body you can have a clearer mind. A clear mind creates focus and increased creativity.
One of my goals in life is to be able to give back to the less needed and be able to look after families that don’t have the opportunity to provide for themselves.
